OsiriX Workstation is a comprehensive medical imaging software designed for the interpretation and analysis of DICOM images, commonly used in various medical imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, PET, and X-ray. lts primary features include high-quality DICOM image viewing, advanced visualization techniques like volume rendering and surface rendering, tools for image analysis and processing such as measurement and segmentation, integration with PACS and other medical information systems, support for research and education purpose, customization options, and multi-platform support.
