Sales Representative - Radiology Monitors and Operating Room Integration Products & solutions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sale of Radiology Monitors, Operating Room Integration Products and Solutions, Cameras, Recorders and Medical Carts. This role involves promoting and selling advanced medical imaging technologies and integrated solutions to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, imaging centres and OEM Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets for radiology monitors and operating room integration products.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
– Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
Product Knowledge:
– Acquire in-depth knowledge of radiology monitors & solutions and operating room
integration products and solutions,
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
Client Engagement:
– Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with healthcare
professionals and decision-makers.
– Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales.
Market Analysis:
– Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
– Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
Sales Administration:
– Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
– Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sale support.
– Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation and contract administration.
Customer Support:
– Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to address any issues or concerns.
– Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in medical sales or healthcare technology is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or with a focus on medical devices and technology.
Skills:
– Understanding of radiology monitors, operating room integration systems an added advantage
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
